Two steps.

1. Email us at: medsuppliesonline@gmail.com the invoice number, date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. We will email you a return authorization number within 48 hours and a ship to address.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label. Return the item within 15 calendar days. You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item.

All merchandise returns are subject to inspection and 15% restocking fee. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.

A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Special order and sterile items are not returnable.
